I have won the CPF Policy Pitch competition three times with policies covering renewable energy drawing on my experience working in the sector, youth justice after experiences with a mentoring charity and social care reform drawing on problem solving when raising investment for a group of care homes. I believe Conservatives are naturally inclined to innovation, innovation that informs our policymaking, policymaking that improves people’s lives. I enjoy the intellectual challenge of policy making and my involvement has meant I have learned how to best develop ideas and how to stress test them. I was the Surrey Chairman of the Conservative Policy Forum in 2022.
